The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby invite the following candidates on the waiting lists who were declared successful in the training competitive examination to recruit 15 (fifteen) student Assistant Meteorology Engineers and 45 (forty-five) student Meteorology Technicians into the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Maroua for the 2017/2018 academic year, to report at the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Maroua, Department of Climatology, Hydrology and Pedology (Kousseri) for registration formalities as from the date of signing of this press-release.

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the general public that a series of Training and Direct competitive examinations have been announced for the 2018 session according to the following schedule ( Download Next here )

Further to persistent information on the existence of a corruption network set up by a group of organizers of preparatory classes for government competitive examinations, the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs candidates and the public that as concerns recruitment organized by the Ministry of the Public Service or competitive entrance examinations into ENAM, no individual or group of persons has been given the mandate to organize preparatory classes, let alone to select candidates.
He therefore invites candidates and their close relations not to be deceived by those propagating such false information and other crooks whose criminal acts are severely punished by the laws and regulations of the Republic.
Consequently, any person caught or involved in such malpractices shall be systematically prosecuted by judicial authorities. As a reminder, Section 163-1 of the Penal Code in that respect stipulates that:
“(1) Whoever, through corruption, facilitates the success or causes the failure of a candidate in a government competitive examination or other examinations shall be punished with imprisonment for from 2 (two) to 5 (five) years or with fine of from FCFA 200,000 to FCFA 2,000,000 or with both such imprisonment and fine.
- Whoever through corruption declares successful one or more candidates who did not sit an examination shall be punished as provided for in Section 163-1(1).
