The Minister of the public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the staff of the central and devolved services of his Ministry
that the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) – Canada, is relocating its courses in Cameroon, notably, at IFTIC-SUP (Higher Institute of Training for Telecommunications, Technological Innovation, Commerce and Management Trades).
ENAP offers university certifications in performance management in the public sector and in Development Assessment on the basis of specialized modules and the following three basic programmes:
- Results-based management (RBM);
- Results-based budgeting (RBB), moving to programme budget;
- International Training Programme for Development Assessment (PIFED) – Basic programme.
Admission is open to any candidate:
- holder of the Bachelor degree (equivalent of GCE A/L +3) and, with experience in management in a public or semi public body or in an international development project;
- having a combination of training and experience suitable with the training solicited.
