MINFOPRA/ISMP:MINFOPRA Patronizes activities of the 2022 Auditor’s week.
Indicating the importance of the re-enforcement of capacities of the State’s Human Resources through continuous training, the personal representative of the Prime Minister Head of government, Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph LE has invited state personnel as well as officials of private institutions in managerial positions to confidently register for the quality Masters program dispensed at the Advanced Institute of Public Management (AIPM).
The call of the MINFOPRA boss which came in today 21st of July 2022 during the re-opening ceremony of the Advanced Institute of Public Management, organized today at the “Hôtel des Deputes” in Yaoundé was also an occasion to officially launch the week long activities of auditors of the Masters program in Management at the Advanced Institute of Public Management.
Under the theme “the Cameroonian Public Administration: between internal functional challenges and the obligation of external results”, the session brought together officials of MINFOPRA, administrative authorities of AIPM, professors and students of the Advanced Institute of Public Management in a colloquium to reflect on the challenges of meeting up with the obligation of producing results within the Cameroonian administration in a complex global environment characterized by the rapid evolution of technologies of Information and Communication and the need for the Public service to be competitive.
In his welcome speech for the occasion, the Director General of the Advanced Institute of public Management, Mr. Edward MESSIME MOKWE presented the details of all the programs offered by the Advanced Institute of Public Management and exhorted the 70 new students of the 6th batch of the Masters program in public Management to proficiency and hard work.
On the backdrop of the Directors ‘General’s speech and the inaugural lesson presented by Professor GUIMDO, the Personal Representative of the Prime Minister Head of government, Minister Joseph LE insisted on the expectations formulated for the occasion. Amongst others, he said the colloquium should produce concrete, useful and applicable proposals which would impact the capacity of performance of the auditor’s different organizations.
