12^ème édition du SAGO : le MINFOPRA ébloui encore le public

Signature des attestations de presentation de l'original du diplôme, certification des actes de carrière par les Délégués régionaux, renseignement des usagers par consultation directe dans le SIGIPES, retrait des actes administratifs, inscription en ligne aux concours administratifs etc. Tous les services déportés au palais polyvalent des sports de Yaoundé, les usagers comme les curieux visiteurs sont émerveillés non seulement par le stand, mais aussi par la qualité du service rendu.

Placé comme à l’accoutumée sous le haut patronage du Premier ministre, cette édition s’est officiellement ouverte ce 24 juillet 2023, par le Ministre de la Communication René Emmanuel SADI, représentant personnel du Premier ministre chef du gouvernement Chief Dion NGUTE,  en présence de plusieurs membres du gouvernement, dont le Ministre de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme administrative Joseph LE.

Pari tenu une fois de plus cette année par  le cabinet Mon Communicateur, comme depuis onze ans pour l’organisation de cet événement. Le ministère de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme administrative a également tenu le sien depuis l’an dernier, avec sa participation effective et la présence du chef dudit département ministériel, le Ministre Joseph LE. Débutée depuis le samedi 22 juillet, la 12^ème édition du Salon de l’Action Gouvernementale est placée sur le thème « Développement des infrastructures et transformation structurelle de l’économie camerounaise », et portée par le ministère des Travaux publics. Entre souhaits de bienvenue du promoteur ASSIGA et l’exposé liminaire du Ministre NGANOU DJOUMESSI sur l’apport du projet routier sur la transformation de l’économie nationale, la cérémonie auditoire a été bien renseigné sur  tout l’état des lieux, les réalisations, projections et difficultés du projet routier au Cameroun. La cérémonie a également connu la satisfaction du patron du gouvernement quand à l’effort fourni par Mon communicateur depuis plus d’une décennie dans l’organisation de cet événement devenu un tradition. Le représentant du premier ministre a toutefois exhorté ledit cabinet à faire preuve de plus de créativité dans l’organisation du SAGO  et d’accroitre l’attractivité de cet événement, en s’ouvrant davantage au secteur privé. La visite des stands, sous la conduite du Ministre SADI, a bouclé la cérémonie d’ouverture. Le stand du MINFOPRA, entre autre, a été visité, et a connu le satisfecit de la délégation.

Parlant du stand du MINFOPRA, celui-ci connait déjà l’affluence des usagers, et constitue une attraction pour les curieux, au regard de sa splendeur et la force communicationelle déployée autour. La majorité, pour ne pas dire tous les visiteurs sont émerveillés en entrant dans ce stand et satisfaits en y ressortant. À date, le nombre de visiteurs est passé à  plus d’une centaine, tous satisfaits des services demandés. À coup sûr, le nombre se verra multiplié dans les prochains jours.

Smart Campus : la base juridique scellée

Signature ce lundi 10 juillet 2023 de l’instrument juridique « Record of Discussion » par le Ministre de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme Administrative Joseph LE et le directeur pays, bureau du Cameroun de l’agence Coréenne de coopération internationale KOICA,  M. Gyuhong LEE.

 C’était au cours d’une cérémonie présidée par le Ministre de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme Administrative, qui s’est déroulée dans la salle des conférences du club MINFOPRA.

Le Record of Discussion concerne le projet de sensibilisation et de renforcement de capacités des agents publics pour la transformation du service public au Cameroun. Dans les clauses, la Corée du Sud se propose  d’offrir à l’Etat du Cameroun un accompagnement financier et l’expertise à la réalisation et l’opérationnalisation dudit projet. Pour ce faire, l’objectif est de mettre en place  trois Smart campus, notamment à l’ENAM, l’ISMP et SUP’PTIC, pour l’implémentation de l’e-government   au Cameroun.

La cérémonie a connu la présence du SG MINEPAT, représentant du chef dudit département ministériel, des DG de l’ENAM et de l’ISMP, des représentants de SUP’PTIC,  de la PRC et SPM, d’un parterre de représentants des administrations partenaires et des hauts responsables du MINFOPRA.

Goodbye visit from KOICA Country Director

At the end of his stay in Cameroon, the country Director of the Korean International Cooperation Agency(KOICA) Mr Gyuhong LEE paid a last visit to the Minister of the Public  Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph LE this 12^th July 2023.

After over 11years spent in Cameroon, Mr  Gyuhong LEE in an interview granted at the cabinet of the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform said, his stay in Cameroon was unforgettable. He marvelled at the fact that he was able to begin the maturation of  the project for enhancing the awareness and capacity building and Public Service  transformation in Cameroon with the unwavering  support of Minister LE and other stakeholders of the Cameroonian Public Administration.

Even though he would no longer be in  Cameroon, prospects on the project after the signing of the Record of Discussions last 09^th July 2023, would begin with an invitation visit of representative of Cameroon’s stakeholders to Korea to learn best practices from a Korean perspective and this would be followed by the creation of an interministerial committee  to follow up on the effective implementation of the project in Cameroon. 

Official launch of competitive Examinations into the State Public Service: 2,685 spaces available

Recruitment into the State Public service has officially been launched. Job searchers and State workers desirous of incremental changes in grades in the State Public Service can now begin making steps towards securing their place in the 2685 spaces made available this year.

 In a press brief that took place today at the Ministry of the Public Service and Admnistrative Reform, the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform,  Joseph LE officially announced the launching of the government competitive examinations  season for the year 2023.

According to Minister LE, a total of 2,235 new staff will be recruited into the State Public Service through direct competitive examinations and selection test, while another 450 spaces have been reserved for civil servants who want to progress in their grades within the public service.

The distribution of places for new recruits considers: 1,210 openings for direct competitive examinations into the corps of (Agriculture, rural engineering, mining and geology, industrial techniques, water and forestry, civil engineering, livestock and maritime fishing, animal industries, public health, telecommunications techniques, revenue services, information technology and teleinformatics), 300 openings for training competitive examinations excluding ENAM, 275 openings for the recruitment of student civil servants for the mainstream sections of ENAM, 60 openings for the special recruitment of legal probationary and student court registrars for the common law ENAM, 290 spaces for State employees governed by the labour code by means of selection tests( environmentalists, executive secretaries, midwives, technical and vocational grade one teachers), and 100 places for the special recruitment of translators and senior translators-interpreters for which the final results were released on June 07^th 2023.

Amongst others, some changes that can be mentioned for this year include: an increase in number of spaces as compared to last year's quota for direct and training competitive  examinations,  the reinstatement of professional competitive examinations for the change of grade within the public service and the registration fees which have increased from 15000 FCFA to 25000FCFA for   category A and B exams, and from 15000 FCFA to 20,000FCFA for category C and D exams, the age exemption for people with disabilities  increased to a maximum of 05years above the age limit set for each competitive examination.
